Abu Yahya is a British Kashmiri artist who was born & brought up in Kashmir. After completing his university Abu Yahya moved to England for higher studied and completed his MSc degree in Human Resources management.
Abu Yahya is a born artist who never attends any formal study in art but is a self-taught artist.
Abu Yahya already held his Arabic calligraphy art exhibition in England under the name “The Journey of Light” and was featured on BBC news as well.
Living in west Abu Yahya’s passion is to introduce The beauty of Arabic Calligraphy to non-Muslim audiences.Abu Yahya is a contemporary artist whose practice crosses the discipline of painting and sculpture. He uses wisdom of writers, poet, and philosophers from around the world to convey messages of peace and to underline the commonalities of human existence.
